Now, every family should have a family history, no? So. Our family was formed earlier this year when our (soon to be) fps mentor ms may tan asked if any of us would like to try out fps! And so our family was formed. Audrye, Huimin, Chris-Tin and Shuting.
Since march we have battled through problems, underlying problems, solutions, criteria, ranking and action plans, at the same time braving global warming, freedom of speech and most recently, nutrition.
Our unofficial meeting venue was always Chris-tin's house, and in the process, all of us gained weight with all the many many many marks and spencers cookies and ruffles we had! So much for learning about all the transfat.
It was in this intellectual environment that chemical bonding took place! In the end, we officially became the fps family, which can withstand high temperatures without any change in state. XD
A note about the name! reverse electrolysis was one of our action plans! and fps stands for Future Problem Solving!
Did you know? Chris-Tin killed the blog the first time because she didnt know that half the html for the blog was cut off, and she saved the template changes! so she had to do it all over again. ):

after-promos was not pretty we spent way too long mourning over it before we realised that that's it, it's after-promos, we shouldn't be doing this. then i happily checked my wallet and discovered 4$ inside which is very pathetic grrr so whatever can we entertain ourselves with! but we food-loving people have our ways and makansutra is our bestestest friend and it's all engrained in shihee's brain anyway so we trooped down for our favouuuuuuuuuuuuurite foodies ever and then and then we got to go to this club thing in his daddy's office and play pool omg i still suck but not so much now i have a coach but whatever angle and spin of the ball I JUST CANNOT MAKE IT ANGLE OR SPIN DOH. i win shihee in the first game yayyyy but subsequently ><>< how do you tie your hair up after conditioning it anyway i just look a mess. then he had to go with daddy awww so i went home and slept at 8. omg 8 but hey that's 17h of being awake after i woke up at 3 to study. NOOOO BUT I REALLY WANTED TO DRESS UP AND GO OUT WITH YOU AIYAAA MAYBE ANOTHER DAY when i don't have to drag ten thousand things around. had exco meeting on saturday like, DAY AFT PROMOS END TSK but it was all good and fun although the going there was terrible. dragging the laptop to school is such a chore now my shoulder aches sniffs and saturday noon is such a bad time to be on the train it's crammed food of people who look and smell as though they've just gone to the market even those going to orchard ew. meeting made up for it though i missed wanjoo and cheo and cute elton but everyone else was just good and wonderful as usual and vivian's still tres cute and junyang tres luosuo and zhiwen hahahaha zhiwen's such a good boy(: thank you zhiwen you made my evening and hey! david fitted right in go baby. juanhe is awwww going to win the fielder's medal GO JUANHE GO JUANHE! i don't know, we may all have a lot in life but it's true what does it all mean if there's no one to share it with? but we really do love you.. and he does too and vice versa right. and that's all that matters really, don't be afraid(:
poor shihee had to wait for sooo long but he was watching soccer so i guess that's fine i wanted to watch them play too but such bad timing they ended just as i came. anyway we were bored and went to play reversi and I WIN:D then off to find food again a stranger commented that the two of us really eat a lot and we looked at all the plates and.. yeah omg it's true every time we go out we don't do anything but eat. no wonder our waistlines are expanding but it's okay we're going to exercise soon/now/in the near/distant future hahaha.

kk so after chem paper it was out to city link with pat to eat nyny, which was AWESOME we took like one hour to eat lunch (thanks to her we were eating SOOOO slowly) and half way through, WHO should walk through the main entrance but our DEAREST VULTURE FRIEND (and minions)! XD i nearly died laughing because he had this "omg why are you two !#%$@* here" look on his face.
hmm okay after that was window -COUGH- shopping at city link and marina square, where me and pat both choose skirts that we thought the other would like and POOF we are so going to buy them (i already bought mine YAYYY its awesome). pat still has to convince mummy though. hers is straight cut and brown with white trimming and from mango and mine is greenish checkered flare (with shoulder straps how jap is that mannnnn) from edc! AWESOME. oh and i get the matching shirt too XD I AM SO HAPPY. yes. oh i forgot to mention. after walking around marina square for quite awhile lugging my huge chem file and heavy bag, i ran into my aunty at the home decor fair! and she offered to store my bag for me. and she put it in the showcase oven. like 0o but it was so nice of her! YES AND I BOUGHT ANOTHER NECKLACE FROM DIVA IM SORRY I COULDNT HELP IT. IT WAS TOO PRETTY.
yes so after a long time at marina we decided to go home. and no sooner had i reached home but my dearest anchan decides that he wants to go to orchard! so off we troop to orchard and thats where i convinced mummy and daddy to buy me that skirt-shirt pair from the edc at wisma! yayyy. and i really wanted to get the mango skirt that shuting picked out for me a long long long time ago when we were fooling around (i guess i didnt tell her that i liked it alot) but ITS STILL SO EXPENSIVE so nvmind i'll get it EVENTUALLY i SWEAR. i hope. and there was this top that i liked but haiiii -kashiiiing!!!-
next day (today)! wake up happy to go for isle meeting. oh yes. we were all sitting at windy benches and OMG this freaking weird fumigation guy just used his stupid machine and WALKED RIGHT TOWARDS US LA like omg who fumigates the CORRIDORS he should be aiming for the DRAINS. and he totally didnt care that there were students and teachers around la. AND he wasnt wearing a mask. like "damn im so imba im not going to die of inhalation problems at all".
THEN THEN MY FAVOURITE PART OF THE DAY. i changed in the sch toilets and got picked up. by KAL. AHHH HE CAN DRIVEEEEEEEEEEE -GRINGRINGRINGRIN- AND HIS DADDY'S CAR IS FREAK COOL (fine i suppose freaking cool would be grammatically more correct, or should i say correctER since im going to own gp) AND I GOT TO BE DRIVEN AROUND BY A 18 YEAR OLD. IN A BLACK BMW WITH GPS SYSTEM. yup we went to marina square (again! yay sorry i kind of decided that i like the place) and we had kenny rogers for lunch. yum. and then walking around for awhile and then he drove me to ri for training. totally rocked la must be what it feels like to have a car-driving boyfriend. okay im sorry im obsessed by the "i can drive a car" thing.
training was quite fun i guess with yuezhen CONSTANTLY moaning in my ear that "i dont wanna train i want to go home im so tired etc etc etc etc" but i think she rather enjoyed it, dont you? both of weehao's calves cramped simultaneously, it was quite funny actually but you kind of feel sorry for him cos he was limping off the field (: i was going to -cough- attempt to rub it for him (WHY WERE NONE OF THE GUYS DOING ANYTHING) but decided against it (owing to the fact that his daddy was there along with all the oldies and it would be completely inappropriate for me to start touching him so much -.-) also ian chew could read my mind and was shaking his head at me behind weehao's back. damn haha.
home and SHOWS. YAY I LOVE SHOWS i just watched yamada tarou and OMG it was the LAST EPISODE HOW SAD I AM T_T I CANT BELIEVE ITS OVER AND sighh. but he really is extremely extremely kawaii! anyway naomi says theres hanayoridango MOVIE coming out next year who's for SKIPPING MUGGING TO WATCH (:

haha somehow im excited. (: and thanks to shuting, i dreamt that i had many many many many earrings loads of different ones and they were all so pretty! rows and rows and rows of studs and awesome dangly ones and i distinctly remember a purple fluffy one 0o haha oh wells. but thats not all i dreamt of. i dreamt of going to disneyland and having my nails painted by this strange guy who looked like some chinese martial artist, but was really good at it! and that bib got her body painted. and ms elainewong was somewhere in the dream too! and riding this rogue rollercoaster which kind of moved before we got in properly. and something about a hotair balloon which caught fire and crashed. oh well it was an interesting dream.

today was a terrible day.
i slept this morning at 2:30am trying to get as much maths done as possible, because i knew i would fall asleep at directly after i got home from softball so heck care. anyway we were only supposed to play 3 1h games consecutively from 1015, so i should be back by 2+ right?
(note game times might be abit screwed up because i cant remember exactly when some of them started)
815am: wake up. it was freaking RAINING okay. and apparently it was raining since 3am. but you know, WHO CARES RIGHT a little H2O never ever stopped the GREAT NOBLE GAME OF SOFTBALL DID IT -.-
920am: reach kallang, only about 5 people were there.
10am: comb schools was there, but the other team was not. someone had this great idea: lets go help them scoop water out of the field. so fine la nothing better to do then go la. at this point, the discerning reader would be able to tell that WE WERE PRACTICALLY SWIMMING IN WATER. our boots and socks were soaked (ie. squish squish) from the moment we set foot to kallang ground. (want to guess how long we had to bear with it)
1015am: match supposed to start. but wait! THE OTHER TEAM WASNT THERE. so they told us that our next match was going to be at 1245, so be back by 1215. so okay fine. i called my mom. and like 5 minutes later OH WAIT YOUR NEXT MATCH IS AT 1130. so you have to be back soon! and wthh i had to ask my mummy to turn back which is like freaking mean.
1130am: we play against 5-1-0 and win. and wth i was so freaking pissed off with that match.
1245am: okay girls! be back by 115. for your next match at 145?. like wth how the heck are we supposed to get lunch? so we ended up koping ora grapes and biscuits. annnd thats about it. sucks la i was quite hungry.
2pm: we play hudsons and lose.
315pm: we have to wait until 4:30 for our 3rd 4th placing match with hudsons. at this point i was already freaking pissed off and whining and god if yuezhen and dawn and jing hadnt been so amusing i would have destroyed something.
430pm: we play hudsons and win.
6pm: christin finally goes home, wet, muddy, and hungry, exhausted, sleepy etc etc etc (read: in a very very irritable mood). and inside the car was freezing. okay what do you expect when you're wearing a wet shirt and the aircon is on. and i had to SIT INSIDE THE BLOODY CAR FOR 1h5min while my parents went to some restaurant to buy my brother dinner. my BROTHER okay not ME. me? i had some random meesiam made by my aunty.
705pm: christin reaches home, 10 hours after she left the house in the morning.
10 freaking hours that could be better spent on so many other things.
ihate combschs please even if all you inferior beings dont care about your exams and promos I DO OKAY. even if you bloody want to play softball all day like you're going to be a professional and fail your A levels, fine with me. i see why people like you never made it to rg. you would have been exiled. i like softball - no, i love softball. but this is TOO FAR. YOU DONT GET TO PULL PEOPLE OUT FROM REVISION JUST TO PLAY. GET IT? the world is not a freaking softball. you dont bloody get to screw up my future.
to hell with the nightmares, i say BRING IT ON. anything is better than this screwed up reality.

im feeling so frustrated with pw now i could kill myself. sigh but im so thankful i have a wonderful senior who took time off his pre-prelims mugging frenzy to help me look through and comment. =) love!
yes theres something about dreams this week. i dreamt that DANIEL YIP DIED. seriously. he DIED. i think coach was very sad, but i cant be sure. well apparently he was walking along the track further away from the gallery side and he slipped and fell hit his head. then he rolled down that steep bank just before the fence and so no one could see him. and that's how he died. 0o quite scary right. but i read somewhere that when you dream that someone died, they're going to get married. so CONGRATULATIONS DANIEL!

and and thats not all. i dreamt that i was dreaming. how cool is that! if only it wasnt about ghosts. i cant really remember, but it was something about how you're not supposed to open your eyes or move or the ghost will get you. and then, my bed started vibrating. little immature boys, if you're not going to pay attention, DONT BOTHER COMING. let me set the scene. its bio extra tutorial and 3j and 3n were combined together in the AVT. and OMGGGG if i thought one class of boys was bad imagine double servings. justin tan was being his usual amusing self and i was enjoying listening to him from my solitary seat about 5 meters away (well if i dont see anyone worth sitting next to/who wants to why should i bother) and this annoying boy from 3n was playing with his file strap. and when i say playing i MEAN he was playing with it. like how i would expect a primary 4 boy to play with his food. and on my other side, the usual gang was chattering (no, i mean exercising their vocal chords to the extent that i really wanted to pull them out of their sorry little throats) away about things totally unrelated to bio. like COME ON THE LESSON ISNT EVEN COMPULSORY JUST FREAKING GET OUT OF THE ROOM LA.
i love sitting at the back of the classroom, i really do. but in my class, well i would say any class at all for that matter (maybe except for 3E), you SIMPLY CANNOT AFFORD TO DO SO if you have any inkling of a wish to actually be able to HEAR something, because apparently a heated discussion about real madrid is a rare opportunity and simply CANNOT WAIT until break! and these are the same bloody people who make fun of people like me who actually (OH MY GOSH) study very hard to get where we are today. "OH MY GOD YOU F-ING (guys are coarse) MUGGER! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU, GOT NO LIFE AH." please, if you had even half a brain you would see how efficiently you are flushing your own life down the drain. but of course, being the aggorant fools you are you'd probably have figured that out for yourselves already! im going to laugh at you 10 years down the road when you're vying with lim ah beng for the head cleaner position.

after waking up from a 3 hour long nap, i feel completely rejuvinated (and unfortunatley, slightly scared of my own shadow).
i shall start from last night. well after watching yamada tarou on my brother's computer (he'd gone to sleep) with the sound turned down to minimum (daddy was sleeping in the room. its complicated), i decided that it would be worth it to watch FIRST KISS ep6. AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. ngiam can testify to my fangirling at 2am in the morning. mm then i felt bad and decided to do econs. BUT I WAS SO HUNGRY so i decided to go eat cup noodles. and it was the best decision of my life! yay. i cant believe i was talking to two people at 3am in the morning usually everyone goes to sleep by that time. had some form of econs tuition from the oh-so-revered kal. anyway ngiam said he was going to sleep first and went offline Oo but after a flurry of smses (when i found out that he sleeps on a mattress on the floor because he outgrew his bed HAHA and that he lives in toapayoh and WALKS TO SCHOOL OMG) eventually i slept earlier than him YES christin > ngiam.
the next morning, i was woken by a bzzzzt. bzzzzzt. YES i received an sms. i, thinking it was my alarm, groaned and rolled over. then about 10minutes (i cant be sure, time is elastic when you're sleepy) bzzzzzzttt! bzzzzzzttt!!! so christin went OKAY FINE and proceeded to wake up and read her smses. lying in the nice comfy recesses of her bed, she eventually found that retail therapy with shuting was to be pushed forward 6 and a half hours! so christin got out of her bei4 wo1 at 9:45 in the morning to get ready.
vivo was immensely fun i forgot how much i love shopping for stuff. oh, and shuting found out today that CHENG CHRIS-TIN HAS GOOD TASTE OKAY. it went something like this:

after coming out of the dressing room
shuting: actually, i like it. omg! you have good taste!
unfortunately, it was one size too big so she didnt get it and chris is sad but ITS OKAY we have established that i have good taste and thats whats important. mm then we went to many many clothes shops and toys'r'us where we regressed immensely (COOL WATERBOTTLES) and DIVA (yes revelation it is an accessories shop!), where i bought my first long long dangly necklace which i am now so obsessed with. i keep taking it out and playing with it and putting it on and admiring myself then taking it off again and yeah you get the picture. anyway its PRETTY OKAY and thank shuting for giving me the adequate peer pressure "you should buy it its nice!".
then we went home (:
friend! hope you're feeling loads better about everything. and a word of advice, you should seriously store more food in your room. buy an airtight box or something and continually stuff things in there! love and baobao! therethere, dont cry anymore okay?
i got my comeuppance from suaning shuting about amanda. she came to me and brought her friends. IM SORRY I WILL BE A GOOD GIRL NOW. WHERE did she find a bluesquare portal WHERE!!!

i have a dream.
no actually, i had a dream.
it was everything that i was afraid of, everything that i've been trying to deny. its not fair that you get to torment me in real life, in my conscious mind and now in the unconscious. im so so scared that it will happen/has already happened. wake up.

comb schools annoys me to no end. really. please i was there for like close to four friggin friggin hours and i batted twice. thats like.. less than 5 minutes of playing time. btw i batted twice in two games. that means once each. and i didnt get to field. like all 19 players got to field and im the poor soul that didnt. for no discernable reason at all. frigginbaibai and her entourage of frigginbaibaiclones who always get piority in lineup. hate them all. on a slightly brighter note jinghan managed to prove herself again and again today with all her wonderful stops and catches well done. and yy managed to fall into a puddle haha.

hello im back. seriously im posting this almost 12 hours before i first started this entry. collide has been on loop for the past dunno how long and now playcount is 57 since i started liking it yesterday night.
its like how you read a book and somehow a particular phrase just jumps out at you and you just cant stop thinking about it. and i keep thinking over and over and over how relevant it is but for personal reasons i shant share. if you really really want to know you can ask me. i bought photoframes from ikea, the same kind i used to frame fps valentines (i wonder if you guys havent misplaced them). but these are smaller. oguri shun, ninomiya and shim changmin finally have a pretty place to reside on my shelf, rather than cramped up in my notebook.
